  • Drive a strong local sales strategy and active follow up on opportunities to achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets.
  • Proactively spot and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts and new hospitals, turning unmet needs into value‑adding solutions for both customers and Baxter.
  • Develop clear territory and account plans, set priorities, and manage time effectively to improve impact and ensure alignment with Baxter’s commercial objectives.
  • Lead product presentations, commercial discussions, and training sessions, ensuring customers fully understand the value and benefits of Baxter’s solutions.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times, ensuring all activities meet ethical standards, internal policies, and healthcare regulations.
  • Maintain reliable sales forecasts and provide accurate market insight to support decision‑making and continuous improvement of the sales strategy.

What you will bring:

  • Solid experience in pharmaceutical hospital sales, with direct exposure to Hospital Pharmacy departments.
  • Proven history of leading successful commercial negotiations with hospital pharmacists and procurement partners.
  • A University degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or comparable experience, is preferred.
  • Results‑oriented and resilient, with the ability to handle challenges, adapt to change, and stay focused on achieving objectives.
  • Autonomous and driven by customer needs, able to manage a territory independently while remaining collaborative, and passionate about customer needs.
  • Able to communicate in English in a professional context.

Why do you want to work at Baxter?

  • You will benefit from a competitive reward structure that combines a solid fixed salary with a sales incentive plan linked to performance and results.
