The Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling the company’s products or services, managing customer relationships, and achieving individual sales targets. The role requires strong communication skills, market awareness, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with clients.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and product demonstrations
Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within approved guidelines
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems
Follow up on outstanding payments in coordination with Finance
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Results-oriented with a target-driven mindset
Good analytical and reporting skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Valid driver’s license (if field-based role)
