Experienced Sales Representative

Are you a driven and customer-focused sales professional with a passion for the automotive industry? Lithia Subaru of Fresno is looking for an Experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our dynamic team and help us continue to deliver an outstanding buying experience to our customers.

What You Will Do:

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and match them with the right Subaru vehicle.
• Build strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Follow up on leads, both online and in-store, to drive sales opportunities.
• Stay informed on all Subaru models, trims, features, and financing options.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to ensure a smooth transaction process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven success in automotive sales (Subaru experience a plus!)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A team player with a professional, positive attitude.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $64,480.00 to $92,600.00, which includes commissions on Individual Payable Gross and bonus opportunities such as Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
