Sales Representative

Anaheim Hyundai, now proudly part of Lithia & Driveway, is looking for motivated and customer-focused Sales Representatives to join our growing team. What You’ll Do

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process, from initial greeting to final delivery
• Understand customer needs and recommend vehicles that fit their lifestyle and budget
• Present vehicle features, conduct test drives, and explain financing and protection options
• Build lasting relationships to drive repeat and referral business
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Maintain accurate customer information using CRM tools
• Stay up to date on Hyundai products, promotions, and industry trends

What We’re Looking For

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred (automotive experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, positive, and goal-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

The Annual Estimated Earnings Range for this position is $48,200.00 - $158,700.00.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, that includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, and Manufacturer Approvability.
