About the Role

The role is responsible for promoting Haleon products through expert campaigns carried out within the designated geographical area, aiming to achieve maximum awareness, accessibility, visibility, and recommendation at points of sale/recommendation, in line with the commercial marketing/expert strategy.

Role Responsibilities

· Client Visits

  • Efficient planning to visit designated clients with maximum efficiency and minimal costs.
  • Responsible for implementing expert/marketing/commercial strategies and achieving individual and company objectives.
  • Meeting objectives regarding the number of visits, according to the Haleon visit model, visit frequency, and other assigned goals.
  • Creating, maintaining, and developing relationships with clients in the allocated territory, as well as with opinion leaders in the designated area.
  • Responsible for resolving client complaints.

· Brand Promotion

  • Promoting Haleon products to increase recommendation levels in the designated territory.
  • Organizing meetings, congresses, and symposiums where Haleon’s participation is required.
  • Informing and developing the knowledge of the target client group through active detailing of Haleon products.

· Visibility

  • Responsible for allocating and placing promotional materials to achieve maximum visibility.
  • Participating in all mandatory events organized by Haleon (Cycle Meeting, Regional Meetings, etc.).
  • Updating the Haleon database with all clients in the designated territory whenever necessary. Preparing daily activity reports that include visits made, promoted medicines, special events, observations, interpretations, messages sent, and marketing materials implemented with partners using company-provided resources: tablet, phone, laptop.
  • Responsible for data entry, data management, and preparing monthly reports.

Why You?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in sales/promotion in Pharma OTC / Generic for at least 2 years.
  • PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, reporting systems).
  • Driving license category B.
  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients.
  • Ability to deliver presentations to clients.
  • Ability to analyze and work with numbers (client reports, orders, stocks, large client base).
  • Negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work with a very large amount of information simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • High resistance to prolonged effort.
  • Quick reaction speed (implementing market campaigns, competitor information, etc.).
