Sales Representative – Geothermal Industry (Izmir-Aydin-Manisa)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering, any other related engineering, Geosciences, or a related field, preferably with a focus on the energy sector
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in geothermal power plants or related sector
  • At least 2 years sales experience with a proven track record of identifying and closing new business deals in the B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skill
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills with a keen attention to details
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ideally bilingual with understanding of English and Turkish
  • No travel restrictions
  • Valid driver's license, active driving capability
  • No military obligation for male candidates

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Industrial Solutions Business Unit. This role has plenty of opportunities for growth and you will be joining a very collaborative team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and qualifying new business opportunities across various segments of the upstream energy sector, including exploration, production, and development
  • Developing & maintaining relationships with potential clients, partners, industry stakeholders, including geothermal companies, service providers,
  • Developing target prospects and making contact, developing opportunities, preparing & presenting proposals and winning new business
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges within the upstream energy landscape.
  • Preparing compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our company's capabilities and solutions, addressinging specific needs and challenges faced by upstream energy players
  • Managing the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring effective communication and coordination with internal teams
  • Travelling as required to meet with clients, attending industry events, and participating in conferences
  • Managing existing accounts as allocated ensuring satisfaction and ongoing profitability by professional and effective account management processes and skills designed to deliver and exceed customer expectations and adding value
  • Working with other team members and resource groups as necessary to ensure that customer deliverables are met and maintained including ensuring that we have adequate stocks to serve customers
