This is an exciting opportunity to join our newly formed Scaled Renewals Group, as one of the founder team members you would be part of shaping our processes and developing retention initiatives in a highly visible and global segment. You will be a key member of the Customer Success organization and core to our customer retention strategy. As a Sales Rep Renewals, you will manage a large portfolio of renewals across regions and ensure successful, on-time, execution of renewals processes and contract Execution.
You will review upcoming contract expirations and prioritizing accounts that need immediate attention. Communication with clients is a key part of the role, including sending reminders, discussing contract terms, and addressing any concerns or objections. You will work closely with sales, customer success, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth renewals. You would also be responsible for keeping internal tools up to date (Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker), analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Plan, drive, and lead all commercial aspects associated with customer renewals and bring renewals to a close
Closely partner with Customer Success, Sales, and/or other internal teams to ensure a successful renewal cycle for Onfido customers.
Engage directly with customers and manage a portfolio of renewals to ensure successful, on time execution.
Negotiate and administer renewal contracts (in partnership with legal, finance, and deal desk) that align to customer goals.
Be accountable for all internal or external inquiries pertaining to a customer renewal, including the ability to interpret and re-state contractual obligations.
Maintain and report an accurate rolling 180-day forecast of renewals within the scaled segment, while meeting or exceeding renewal quota and other KPI’s
Manage renewal opportunities and uphold current and accurate documentation in Salesforce CRM
Cultivate customer retention by applying the Onfido renewal engagement playbook to yield optimal outcomes for customers and Onfido.
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of renewals management, sales, customer success, or Contract management experience; preferably within an Enterprise SaaS organization.
Solid understanding of Enterprise SaaS applications, or Enterprise Technology Services
Consistent track record of quota attainment, and achievement of personal and team goals.
Proven success in owning and developing manual and automated processes and frameworks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities, and meet deadlines daily in a fast-paced global environment.
Strong oral and written English communication skills.
