Your Role

As a Sales Project Manager, you will be the engine behind our Packaging Consultants’ success. Your work ensures that customer opportunities, pricing, inventory data, and supplier partnerships run smoothly, accurately, and strategically.

You will help retain and grow customer accounts by pairing strong project management skills with a deep understanding of our CRM/ERP tools, supply chain processes, and vendor partnerships. You’ll collaborate daily with Packaging Consultants, Account Coordinators, Supply Chain, and suppliers to create seamless execution across every step of the sales cycle.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain inventory reports for key customers, including Open Sales Orders and Open Purchase Orders, to support production scheduling and delivery timelines

  • Analyze customer, supplier, and inventory reports to identify emerging trends, risks, or opportunities

  • Communicate with customers and suppliers—both written and verbal—to facilitate sales growth and strengthen relationships

  • Develop critical initiatives aimed at driving profitable sales and improving customer satisfaction

  • Partner with the Quality team and suppliers to understand and resolve quality issues

  • Collaborate with suppliers to align pricing, capacity, forecasts, and long-term supply potential

  • Support accurate CRM/ERP data maintenance in D365, including Opportunities, Activities, Pricing Records, and other operational fields

  • Perform additional projects and initiatives as assigned

Your Background and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of project management experience preferred

  • Equivalent work experience will be considered in place of a degree

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data trends

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proven ability to build productive relationships across internal teams and external partners

  • Experience supporting sales teams or working in a customer-facing operational role is a strong plus

  • Comfort working within CRM/ERP systems to manage data, processes, and workflow
