Sales Planning and Market data analyst- Intern

Job Purpose

12-month internship within the Business Analytics team, supporting sales planning and market data analysis across Southern Europe (Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece).

Key Activities

The intern will support the Business Analytics team, with a particular focus on:

• Supporting the quarterly IN/OUT forecast review and the annual Operating Plan process, including preparation of tools and analyses to enable the process; partnering with key stakeholders to review assumptions and projections.
• Performing monthly IN/OUT monitoring and updating Power BI dashboards.
• Updating market data Power BI dashboards on a quarterly basis; analyzing market trends and translating results into actionable insights for key stakeholders.
• Updating and monitoring monthly KPIs across brands and species.
• Supporting periodic Species and Therapeutic Areas business reviews by providing performance updates.
• Campaigns and events effectiveness and impact analysis.

Education and Experience

Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, or a closely related field (mandatory). Ability to formalize a 12-month university internship agreement is required.

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar field.

Proficiency in English; native Spanish required. Italian is a plus.
