Job Title: Sales Performance Analyst
Location: London – Victoria
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially minded and analytical individual to join our Sales Performance team.
This role plays a key part in helping our national sales teams perform at their best by using data, insights, and engaging initiatives to drive performance.
You will analyse sales data, identify opportunities to improve results, and design initiatives such as sales competitions, incentive programmes, and performance campaigns to motivate teams and increase conversion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining data analysis with creativity, and wants to play an active role in driving commercial performance.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial teams to support performance initiatives across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales performance data and KPIs using Excel and internal dashboards
- Identify trends and opportunities to improve sales performance
- Design and launch sales competitions, incentives, and engagement initiatives
- Track the performance and effectiveness of campaigns and recommend improvements
- Build clear reports and performance trackers for internal stakeholders
- Translate sales data into practical initiatives that help drive better results
- Create engaging internal communications such as posters, visuals, or simple campaign materials (using tools such as Canva)
- Support the rollout of new sales initiatives, campaigns, and performance tools
- Work collaboratively with sales leaders and other internal teams
- Occasionally visit branches to understand the sales environment and support initiatives
What We’re Looking For
Analytical & Technical Skills
- Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, analysis)
- Comfortable interpreting data and performance metrics
- Ability to understand KPIs and how they impact business performance
- Strong attention to detail
Creative & Engagement Skills
- Interest in sales performance and motivation strategies
- Ability to turn ideas into engaging initiatives and campaigns
- Comfortable producing simple visual communications
- Creative mindset with a practical approach
Profile & Soft Skills
- Commercially aware with an interest in how businesses drive performance
- Proactive with a “make it happen” attitude
- Confident communicator who can work with both sales teams and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Curious and open to learning new tools and systems
Experience
- Ideally 1–2 years experience in a commercial, analytical, or performance-focused role
- Strong graduates with relevant experience may also be considered
- Experience in sales operations, business analysis, marketing analytics, or commercial roles would be beneficial
