Rolls-Royce Solutions GmbH executes and constructs utility scale energy storage systems for the distribution and transmission. Your future accomplishments:
· Manage and maintain the Head of Sales’ calendar, including scheduling, prioritizing, and coordinating meetings.
· Organize internal and external meetings with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
· Ensure efficient time allocation and scheduling, balancing strategic meetings, operational tasks, and travel plans.
· Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and business events.
· Monitor schedule changes and proactively resolve conflicts or overlaps.
· Support communication between the Head of Sales and internal departments.
· Assist in tracking key deadlines and commitments.
· Provide administrative support for travel within the Europe and China
Your profile:
· You’re pursuing a degree in Engineering, Renewables Energy or similar
· Strong organizational and time-management skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar scheduling tools.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
· Interest in sales operations, leadership support, or the battery/energy solutions industry.
· A pro-active, hands-on and independent way of working
· Strong communication skills and fluent in English
