About the Role

The Order Management Process Analyst supports the end-to-end design and maintenance of all order management workflows. This role focuses on analytics, system optimization and process alignment, ensuring that the global order management strategy is optimized for efficiency and integrated across sales, finance, and supply chain departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting: generate data in support of system and workflow design decisions.
  • Dashboard design: work on the specification and creation of dashboards to support business flows and replace existing reporting by standardized solutions.   
  • Process mapping: translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications; the As-Is versus the To-Be.
  • Standardization: Identify outlying processes and local workarounds, working to align all regions and markets with a standardized model.
  • Change Management: Facilitate the rollout of process improvements necessary to ensure successful implementation.
  • Eventually act as Order Management subject matter expert on projects, process and system enhancements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency gains and process simplification.

About You

  • Degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, supply chain management or business process management.
  • Proven experience with data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP). Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable systems is a plus.
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Highly proficient with Excel/SAP and Power BI
  • Dashboard design and SQL skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and change management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, seasonal and or high-volume business environments
