Sales Ops Analyst

Remote - Poland Full Time

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Analyst to join our team at Syndigo. This remote position plays a key role in supporting the Senior Manager, CRM & Sales Operations EMEA by providing insights, optimizing processes, and ensuring data integrity across our sales organization. HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY

  • Analyze sales data and create dashboards to track KPIs and performance
  • Optimize sales processes, including territory alignment and pipeline management
  • Maintain CRM data integrity (Salesforce experience preferred)
  • Support forecasting and planning cycles with accurate data validation 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align operational goals

WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems 
  • Sales or finance related background
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query)
  • Basic SQL for data querying
  • Basic Data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-motivated with strong initiative and ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Experience with automation tools and sales enablement platforms is a plus 
  • Project management experience in remote environments is a plus 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills is a plus
