Role Overview: 

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic GTM team. This pivotal role will support cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing Enablement, and Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset, capable of managing CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and supporting data-driven decision-making. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • CRM Project Management (Salesforce): 
  • Maintain and optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and data integrity. 
  • Support user onboarding, training, and troubleshooting. 
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to implement new features and enhancements. 
  • Sales & Marketing Project Support: 
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables. 
  • Support ad hoc projects such as lead scoring, territory planning, and sales enablement initiatives. 
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track project milestones. 
  • Seller relationship and Enablement: 
  • Ability to translate process adaption and training sales team 
  • Plan and implement seller enablement pieces 
  • Analytics & Reporting: 
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Support forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking. 
  • Research & Process Improvement: 
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives. 
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. 
  • Document best practices and standard operating procedures. 

 

Qualifications: 

Required: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or a related role. 
  • Proficiency in understanding Salesforce CRM. 
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel. 
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau. 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Preferred: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field. 
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. 
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms. 
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management tools.
