The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales processes, enhancing sales force productivity, and supporting our sales teams to achieve strategic objectives. This position is vital for driving efficiency and providing data-driven insights to improve sales performance across the organization.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Analyze existing sales workflows, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Document and standardize best practices for sales processes.
Manage and maintain the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data integrity, user adoption, and system optimization. Provide training and support to sales teams on CRM usage.
Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, presenting findings to sales leadership.
Assist in the development, allocation, and management of sales territories and quotas. Monitor performance against targets and provide insights.
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and operational support.
Assist in the creation and delivery of training materials for new sales hires and ongoing training for existing sales personnel on processes, tools, and best practices.
Contribute to the sales forecasting process by gathering data, analyzing trends, and assisting in the preparation of accurate forecasts.
You will be ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, or a highly analytical role supporting a sales organization, preferably within a large enterprise environment.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce.com Administrator certification preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis).
Experience with sales reporting and dashboard tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights and excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment and self-motivated and proactive with a continuous improvement mindset.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
