Receive an in-depth look at the strategic and operational frameworks that drive the Video Security & Access (VS&A) business. Working closely with the Operations and GTM & Strategy team, you will receive hands-on experience in streamlining sales processes, managing regional initiatives, and learning the critical role operations plays in the pre- and post-sales cycle. This role is ideal for highly motivated individuals eager to learn business infrastructure, solve complex organizational challenges, and work closely with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
The Operations & Project Management Intern will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Project Support: Assist in tracking milestones and deliverables for North America Sales initiatives to ensure timely completion
Operational Maintenance: Assist in the audit and cleanup of sales data and documentation to ensure high accuracy within our CRM and reporting tools
Process Optimization: Help identify and implement improvements to existing sales workflows to increase team efficiency
Sales Enablement: Assist in the distribution of operational updates, training materials, and resources to the wider NA Sales organization
Reporting: Collaborate with the team to compile and analyze performance metrics for regional sales activities
Cross-Functional Coordination: Liaise between Sales, Finance, and Product teams to support integrated projects
Additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date on or after December 2026
Preferred emphasis in Economics, Data Science, Finance or Business Administration
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex operational data
Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to maintain focus in a fast-paced, pressured environment
Proficient in Google Work Suite
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a graduation date on or after December 2026
