Ensures appropriate utilization of the frontline resources, overseeing frontline operations and administration to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Contributes to the achievement of Corporate and Member Center goals. Assists the Member Center Manager by utilizing strong leadership and coaching skills to create a proactive sales environment to achieve Corporate and Member Center goals. Collaborates with the Member Center Manager to develop business plans, budgets, and processes with an emphasis on net growth, member experience, and acquisition of new business while controlling operating expenses. Uses analytical skills to make business decisions which manage risks, resolve problems, and reduce member irritants. Participates in building and maintaining a strong community image acting as a steward while leveraging relationships to develop new business. Oversees all Member Center operations in the absence of the Member Center Manager by administering the human, financial, and operational resources of a branch and having overall accountability for business unit results.Required:
Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
2-4 years progressive banking/member service/Member Center experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree.
Three years Member Center experience, successful completion of the Management Development Program, Sales Operations Training, and Business Services Sales Skills.
Courses in operations management and finance.
Financial operations management or sales management experience.
Summary Pay Range
The anticipated starting pay range for this position is $78,138.00 - $91,839.00.The pay range listed represents the anticipated starting range for a successful candidate. Final compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
