Summary of This Role
The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for driving efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the sales organization by optimizing processes, systems, and enablement programs. This role partners closely with sales leadership, field and inside sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure sales processes, tools, and training effectively support business objectives and deliver a seamless customer journey. If remote, this position will require up to 30% travel to support sales meetings, training sessions, and key business initiatives; primarily travel would be to Oklahoma City, OK.
What You’ll Do
Serve as a primary Salesforce partner for the sales organization, including reporting, process improvements, training documentation and user support
Partner with Training department and enablement programs for both inside and field sales teams to ensure process documentation, adoption and receive feedback as needed for improvement
Develop and maintain clear process documentation, playbooks, and standard operating procedures to drive consistency and scalability
Partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success to align systems, processes, and handoffs
Support sales forecasting, pipeline management, territory management, and quota processes
Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points in sales workflows and recommend solutions
Manage onboarding for new sales hires from a systems and process perspective
Act as a trusted advisor to sales teams by proactively identifying opportunities to improve productivity and effectiveness
What Are We Looking for in this Role?
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Sales, or a related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
4–7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related role
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including configuration, reporting, and user support
Proven experience developing and delivering sales training and enablement programs
Experience supporting both inside sales and field sales teams
Solid understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at multiple levels
Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% as needed

Experience with sales enablement tools (Gong, Salesforce, etc.), contract lifecycle tools, or CPQ systems is a plus
