About the Role
This role is responsible for end‑to‑end sales operations support for the Pro China sales team, covering sales support with compliance awareness, sales project support, e‑commerce operations support, CRM system management, and the role focuses on operational execution and process discipline, enabling sales operations efficiency, data accuracy, and compliant business operations.
What You Will Do
1. Sales Project Support
- Collect and consolidate sales project information from the customers on a weekly basis to ensure timely and accurate project records.
- Organize weekly project review / conflict alignment meetings with sales; identify, document, and track key issues for follow‑up.
- Maintain project record discipline and support continuous improvement of project tracking processes.
2. E‑commerce Sales Operations (Execution + Compliance Support)
- Support online promotional activities for key e‑commerce periods (e.g. Double 11, 618), including incentive mechanics and coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate online flagship store operations, including product listing readiness, basic pre‑sales / after‑sales issue coordination, and warranty process alignment.
- Handle e‑commerce authorization management, including preparation of authorization letters and coordination of internal approval and stamping procedures.
- Consolidate and analyze online sales data, providing regular summaries to support business review.
- Support procurement applications (e.g. premiums, promotional materials) via the Ariba system to enable e‑commerce activities.
- Handle infringement complaints and counterfeit product identification, and track resolution progress.
- Summarize customer complaints and feedback, maintain whitelist complaint tracking, and report handling status.
3. CRM System Management
- Perform regular CRM data maintenance, and validation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Generate CRM‑based reports and basic analysis to support sales planning and performance tracking.
- Provide CRM usage training and guidance to sales to align on data definitions and system usage.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to support KPI calculation and data alignment.
4. Sales Support & Compliance‑Aware Coordination
- Organize sales‑related meetings and activities to support collaboration and information flow.
- Provide operational support across different sales stages, such as preparing materials and coordinating internal or customer resources.
- Support dealer contract administration, including drafting standard annual dealer contracts and tracking renewal progress.
- Conduct basic compliance review of sales‑related documents and coordinate company seal application according to internal requirements.
- Assist in sales discount approval tracking, monitoring approval status and ensuring process completion.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior management as required (e.g. meeting arrangement, information consolidation).
- Complete temporary support tasks assigned by senior management within a reasonable scope.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented, structured, and comfortable working with data, processes, and approvals.
