Join us as Sales Operations Manager

Join us as Sales Operations Manager to become the technical backbone of Qonto’s Growth teams, making sure Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success can move fast every day. You will own Salesforce run support and reliable reporting under the guidance of Hugo Peurois, our Growth Ops Lead.

➡️ What you’ll do

  • Own the operating system behind Growth: You will make sure Sales, Partnerships, and Customer Success can rely on clear workflows, trusted data, and scalable processes in our CRM (Salesforce) to move faster every day.
  • Turn recurring friction into lasting improvements: You will spot patterns behind day-to-day blockers, identify root causes, and help design solutions that make the whole Growth engine stronger over time.
  • Connect the dots across systems and teams: You will work at the intersection of tools, data, and business needs, understanding how information flows across our Growth stack and where it can be made clearer, simpler, or more reliable.
  • Help teams make better decisions: You will build dashboards, reports, and insights that give teams more confidence in their pipeline, performance, and next actions.
  • Create scalable support for the team: You will keep track of solutions implemented, build a knowledge base, and make sure the team gets stronger every time a problem is solved.
  • Expand your scope across Growth Ops: Over time, you will grow beyond your initial focus area and contribute to broader Growth Ops topics such as CRM, Paid Acquisition, website tracking, and data analytics, building a deeper understanding of how our full Growth engine works.

➡️ What we’re looking for

  • CRM foundations: You have hands-on experience of at least 2 years, with a CRM, ideally Salesforce, and you understand how data moves through systems.
  • Service mindset: You like solving day-to-day problems and you take pride in making things work for others.
  • Strong prioritization: You can juggle parallel requests, keep track of what matters, and avoid dropping follow-ups.
  • Autonomous problem-solving: You explore options and gather context before escalating, then document what you learned.
  • Curiosity for data and Growth topics: You’re eager to expand your horizon and learn how data is used in other Growth teams (Marketing, Website, CRM, ...)
  • AI-fluent workflow: You use AI tools to speed up diagnosis, documentation, and delivery while staying critical.
  • English fluency: You can work and communicate in English every day.

➡️ What you’ll get

  • A clear growth path: Start with high-impact run ownership, then expand into data, SQL, and broader CRM topics.
  • A complex stack to learn fast: You will work on an interconnected systemsSalesforce setup with multiple tools and data flows (Salesforce, Segment, Snowflake, etc.).
  • Real ownership from day one: You will own a queue and make trade-offs visible, not wait for tickets to be assigned.
  • A team built for breadth: You will join a multi-location team where learning across domains is encouraged.

➡️ Your future manager

You will report to Hugo Peurois, Growth Ops Lead at Qonto . Hugo manages remotely, values curiosity and learning agility, and expects autonomy without micromanagement.
