Sales Operations & Commercial Strategy Manager – Argentina, Paraguay & Uruguay

On-site presence required 3x/week.

What you will do (responsibilities)

  • Manage vehicle allocation across dealers and channels (Retail, Fleet, Plan de Ahorro).
  • Lead demand forecasting, integrating dealer input, market trends, and macro factors.
  • Define pricing strategy and conduct competitive benchmarking.
  • Monitor margins, incentives, and revenue optimization.
  • Develop sales, inventory, and pricing dashboards.
  • Provide executive insights and support regional business reviews.
  • Lead and develop a team of analysts.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Dealer Development.

Your skills and abilities (required qualifications)

  • 8–12+ years in Automotive OEM, Consumer Goods, or Industrial sectors.
  • Experience in forecasting, pricing strategy, or dealer/network operations.
  • Team leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the Argentina market.
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Economics, or similar; MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills; advanced Excel/Power BI/Tableau.
  • Ability to work in volatile environments and influence senior stakeholders.

What can give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

  • Experience with Plan de Ahorro or financing channels.
  • Multi-country commercial experience (Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay).
  • Advanced analytical tools (Python, statistical modeling).
  • Experience in automotive pricing and market positioning.
