The Customer Operations Associate administratively supports the sales team with fleet customers. This role is responsible for preparing reports, maintaining sales data and other administrative duties.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Manage and monitor customer orders from forecasting through shipment, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proactive issue resolution.
Serve as point of contact for key fleet customers, guiding them through the order and maintaining strong, responsive relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align production timelines, order status, and delivery expectations.
Support the fleet sales team by reviewing quotes, managing pricing exceptions, and ensuring accurate and timely order submission.
Maintain and analyze sales data, generating reports that support decision-making and operational visibility.
Contribute to monthly and annual sales forecasting by identifying variances and updating projections.
Communicate clearly and effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners through reports, presentations, and day-to-day correspondence.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma/GED with two (2) or more years of sales experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of two years of related customer or administrative experience.
Microsoft Office proficient - especially Excel and PowerPoint
Strong verbal presentation and written communication skills.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Ability to showcase strong statistical & analytical skills.
Experience working with a CRM
Familiarity with order management systems, data reporting and dashboards
WORKING CONDITIONS:

This role is primarily performed in a professional office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, and temperature-controlled settings.
Duties are largely sedentary, requiring extended periods of sitting and using a computer and telephone.
Visual acuity to operate a computer and read documents is required, along with auditory ability to participate in virtual and in-person meetings.
Occasional movement within the office environment is necessary, including walking short distances, standing, or reaching for files.

Pay Range:
$57,600.00 - $90,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
