Sales Operations Assistant
OUR ROLE
At Fiskars Group, we create timeless, purposeful, and innovative solutions for the home, garden, and outdoors. We are looking for a motivated person to join our sales Operations team in Finland as a Sales Operations Assistant. In this role, you will contribute to enriching e-commerce data for retailer websites and maintaining product information in the Synkka product data pool. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate product visibility and support our mission to deliver excellent customer experiences.
This position is based in Espoo, Finland, and reports to the Sales Operations Manager, Finland & Baltics. The role is a part-time position (1-2 days/week) and hybrid.
WHAT YOU’LL DO AT FISKARS GROUP
As a Sales Operations Assistant, you will:
Work as part of a 9-member supporting and handling various Sales Operations tasks.
Collect master data from various functions and sources.
Maintain product data in the Synkka data pool.
Map photos, texts, and product information to ensure Fiskars’ visibility on retailer e-commerce sites.
Translate marketing texts from English to Finnish and localize them as needed.
Upload product photos, texts, and information to retailer e-commerce sites.
WHO YOU ARE
You are detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a university program or having a relevant educational background (e.g., marketing, communications, business, engineering, or related fields).
Experience in product data handling and ERP systems.
Strong communication skills for working with internal teams and customers.
Excellent attention to detail and process orientation.
Good written skills in Finnish; English as a daily working language (Swedish is an advantage).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP ECC is a plus.

Results-driven and adaptable.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
Service-oriented mindset.
