Essential Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of Sales/Renewal Operations work experience

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Microsoft Excel Attention to detail,

passion for customer engagement and problem-solving

• Capacity to be self-motivated and work on your own as well as in a team

• Exp on ticketing system like Hub Spot, Salesforce, CPQ , Zendesk or any CRM Ticketing &

quoting software is huge PLUS

• A self-starter, able to manage multiple tasks at once and the ability to work with minimal

direction.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexible to working in shifts, extended working hours during fiscal quarter-ends and

weekends; incise of a business need.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison with stakeholders at all levels of the organization using strong

communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes,

systems, and solution requirements.

• Daily creation and approvals of quotes; general day-to-day data entry Read contracts to

identify invoicing requirements, special subscription invoicing terms, payment, and

acceptance terms

• Review documentation to ensure evidence of arrangement (including but not limited to

Billing and Shipping information, Purchase Order terms and Signature(s), proper Order

Form(s) and signature(s), current documents on file) Ensure software licensing is aligned

with contract entitlements, exerting revenue assurance Support data administration

efforts in Kaseya's CRM system, such as mergers of account, contact and other pertinent

records

• Must have ability to read and comprehend contracts, identify areas that will require

tracking as well as recognize discrepancies that may cause issues with customer billing

and need to be addressed Renewals Opportunity Management: Opportunity creation,

closure, and remediation

• Work with ticketing system to resolve client requests within SLA and completing reports

within timeline.
