The Sales Operations & Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing the sales tech stack, with a primary focus on Salesforce CRM and MariaDB data integration. This role supports global sales teams by managing system configurations, troubleshooting complex data workflows, and promoting the adoption of advanced technologies.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between traditional CRM management and modern AI automation. You will leverage AI, machine learning, and automated workflows to enhance CRM performance, drive predictive data insights, and streamline commercial execution. This is a remote-friendly role designed for a data-driven professional who is curious about emerging tech and consumer behaviors.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Architecture

  • System Administration: Manage Salesforce processes including Pages, Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Territory/Role Hierarchies, and User Setup.
  • MariaDB Integration: Support data flow and integrity between MariaDB databases and the Salesforce environment; assist in SQL querying for advanced data extraction.
  • Technical Support: Serve as the primary contact for CRM support channels, resolving technical issues and managing system upgrades.
  • Enablement: Lead onboarding and ongoing training for sales teams, maintaining updated user documentation and video tutorials.

Data Analysis & AI Integration

  • Advanced Analytics: Generate and analyze reports using Power BI or similar tools to track KPIs, territory optimization, and sales forecasting.
  • AI Implementation: Knowledge of AI-driven tools for predictive analytics and machine learning models to enhance user behavior analysis.
  • Automation: Utilize low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Flow, Zapier, or Make.com) to streamline CRM workflows and reduce manual data entry.
  • Insight Generation: Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights, ensuring technology programs stay at the forefront of industry standards.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Partner with global support teams to maintain data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
  • Develop technical guides and maintain a library of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2–3+ years of professional experience in Sales Operations or Salesforce.com Administration
  • Technical Proficiency: * Strong analytical skills with extensive experience in Excel and Power BI.
    • Saleforce.com Certified
    • Foundational knowledge of MariaDB or general SQL for data management.
    • Familiarity with integrated SaaS platforms (e.g., Marketing Automation, ERP, or Data Warehouses).
  • AI Fluency: A strong understanding of emerging digital trends, specifically AI-driven sales tools and predictive modeling.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills; ability to build cross-functional relationships.
  • Agility: Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision, and adapt to change management.

Location

Romania (Bucharest, or remote) – This could potentially become a hybrid in office role 2 x per week onsite, Tues & Thurs – location in Romania to be determined.
