What you will do
The Sales Operations Engineer role will report to the Sales Director – Indirect HVAC of Middle East and Africa region. You will be based in Dubai, and will be part of a growing team. You will be responsible for providing technical support on York Applied products (Chiller, AHU, FCU and CCU) to channel partners, consultants, distributors, sales teams and end users. You will prepare and deliver high quality sales & technical presentations, live product demonstrations, drawings and material submittals to get our products specified by consultants.
As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to deliver our business objectives for our Middle East region.
How you will do it
As a Sales Operation Engineer for HVAC products, you will support the HVAC sales team by providing technical expertise, accurate system sizing, and operational coordination throughout the sales cycle. This role ensures that all technical, commercial, and operational elements of HVAC proposals are aligned with customer requirements and company standards.
You’re perseverant, determined and reliable in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent technical, estimation, presentation and time management skills.
