Serves as the customer contact for quotation, order placement, booking and handling all the elements that a customer may have regarding quotations and sales orders. Maintain customer satisfaction by SLA.
- Responsible for customer inquiries.
- Process customer quotes with accuracy.
- Process customer orders accurately and timely by reviewing customer purchase order for accuracy, freight terms, pricing, etc.
- Research and resolve order entry issue like pricing, order alerts, holds and other issues per customer requests and make sure order is booked timely in ERP system.
- Other tasks assigned.
