About the Role

We are seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive to support both healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer marketing initiatives. This role will drive brand advocacy and ensure strong collaboration across medical, sales, and marketing functions. It offers exposure to both professional‑channel engagement and consumer marketing within a fast‑growing dermatology business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Support integrated sales and marketing plans.
  • Campaigns: Coordinate and monitor trade, digital, and traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Marketing Materials: Develop and manage detailing aids, leaflets, videos, POSMs, and event tools.
  • Digital & Social Media: Support on preparation of content/materials and day‑to‑day social media
  • Agency & Vendor Management: Manage external partners to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
  • Competitor Monitoring: Track market activities and share insights with the sales team.
  • Reporting & Budgeting: Analyze campaign performance and manage budgets.
  • Operational Support: Assist with projects, sales orders, and customer service backup.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or FMCG industries with proven success.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Strong marketing and business acumen.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
    • Independent, organized, and self‑motivated with attention to detail.
    • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Knowledge of social media management and digital strategies.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations, compliance, and registration processes.
    • Experience in agency/vendor management is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Copilot).
