Job Description:
The Sales & Marketing Associate will support sales and marketing initiatives to drive growth and enhance brand presence within the Philippine market. This role involves assisting in sales campaigns, market research, and communication efforts to promote Airbus Helicopters' products and services.
Job Responsibilities:**
* Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales reports.
* Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, competitive landscapes, and customer needs.
* Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
* Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with accurate sales and marketing data.
* Develop and manage marketing collateral, such as brochures, flyers, and website content, ensuring brand consistency.
* Coordinate logistics for customer meetings, product demonstrations, and industry events.
* Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience.
* Assist in managing social media channels and creating engaging content.
* Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities and their impact.
Job Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in sales support, marketing, or a related commercial role, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proficiency in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
* Demonstrated ability to conduct market research and analyze data.
* Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing tools.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Proactive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
