Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Sale Manger Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy Execution: Supports the definition and implementation of sales strategies and adjusts approaches based on market dynamics.
• Forecasting & Target Achievement: Provides accurate sales forecasts and ensures volume and margin targets are met.
• Customer Management: Aligns product, supply, and technical service requirements with internal teams to support customer needs.
• Key Account & Transplant Business account Collaboration: Works closely with key accounts & Transplant Account to develop and execute account plans.
• Channel/Trader Coordination: Establish a structured & collaborative approach
2. Market Development Manager Responsibilities
• New Market Identification: Identifies and commercializes opportunities in new markets, applications, or customer opportunities
• Trend Monitoring: Tracks market, application, and technology trends to inform strategy
• Customer & Partner Networking: Builds relationships with customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders to support growth
• Digital & Circular Economy Initiatives: Supports Covestro’s digital transformation and circular economy goals through product positioning and marketing
3. Customer Engagement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, influencers, and industry stakeholders.
• Act as the voice of the customer internally to align product development and service delivery.
4. Strategic Projects
• Support or lead cross-functional projects related to digitalization, circular economy, and sustainability.
• Collaborate and communications to the team to execute campaigns and promote Covestro’s value proposition.

1. Regional Sales Head / Business Unit Leader
• Strategic alignment on targets, priorities, and reporting.
• Guidance on regional initiatives and performance reviews.
2. Marketing & Communications
• Collaboration on campaigns, product positioning, and promotional activities.
• Support for customer engagement and brand visibility.
3. Technical Service / Application Development
• Joint customer visits for technical support and solution development.
• Feedback loop for product improvements and innovation.
4. Supply Chain & Logistics
• Coordination on inventory, delivery timelines, and order fulfillment.
• Resolution of supply-related issues affecting customer satisfaction.
5. Customer Service / Order Management
• Ensuring smooth order processing and handling customer inquiries.
• Managing documentation and compliance for transactions.
6. Finance / Credit Management
• Monitoring payment terms and supporting AR.
• Risk assessment for new customers or large orders.

Qualifications:
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Work Experience :
- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or market development in the chemical or materials industry.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; Chinese language skills is a plus.
