• 💰Compensation details: for this role the yearly salary is comprised of a base salary of 31.297 EUR Gross (pro-rated depending on the amount of your employment). We consistently benchmark our salaries against top competitors and every P&G employee’s salary is reviewed at least annually so there is ample room for growth.

As a Sales Trainee, you will be given real responsibility from day one, working with key stakeholders on important projects that deliver tangible business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will assist in executing strategies within the Customer Team, under the Account Manager's supervision.
• You will communicate with customers on important topics and processes such as portfolio, redemptions and new product codes activation.
• Get ready to participate in the development and implementation of strategies within a Customer Team.
• Team work - Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team to maximize job impact and personal learning.

Job Qualifications

Our ideal candidate?

• Has minimum Bachelors’ degree or graduating Bachelors in 2026 in Business Administration or other relevant fields;
• Strong language skills for both Greek and English (in writing and speaking);
• Completed/Permanently exempt from Military Service Requirements (if applicable)
• Valid Drivers’ License – B category;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong in data analysis and demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities;
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
