🚀 Your next challenge

As Sales Manager – Hunter Segment (Private Sector), you’ll play a key role in driving new business opportunities in the private sector, identifying strategic clients, and creating long-term value. This is a strategic position focused on capturing market share and increasing penetration within the Chilean B2B landscape.

Main objective: Lead, activate, and scale a team of sales executives focused on acquiring new accounts, driving volume, achieving forecast targets, and implementing effective sales methodologies.

🚀 What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage and oversee sales activities and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales strategies.
  • Manage relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the sales team.

🌟 You’re a match

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in sales with proven expertise in B2B consultative sales.
  • More than 2-3 years in a sales management role, leading sales hunting teams with high sales/client prospection challenges.
  • Expertise with a CRM system, such as Salesforce, is highly valued.
  • Proficient level of English and Spanish
