As a Sales Manager, you’ll lead a team focused on proactive customer engagement, performance excellence, and continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue, developing people, and shaping how we reach and support SMBs at scale.
📈 Lead and develop a sales team focused on proactive outreach and pipeline generation for SMB customers
🎯 Set clear performance goals, monitor KPIs, and drive consistent target achievement
🤝 Coach your team on sales fundamentals such as discovery, value-based conversations, objection handling, and closing
📊 Analyse pipeline and performance data to identify trends, improve conversion, and optimise sales processes
🧠 Collaborate closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Product to improve lead quality and customer experience
🚀 Contribute to scalable sales processes and help shape the future growth of the sales organisation
✔️ Have 3+ years of experience in sales, ideally including team leadership or mentoring
✔️ Are comfortable in performance-driven environments with proactive customer engagement
✔️ Have a solid understanding of sales metrics, forecasting, and pipeline management
✔️ Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy — both with customers and team members
➕ Bonus: Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused products
