Job Description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager

Key Job Responsabilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales with key B2C accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives tailored to B2C accounts.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Monitor account performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to B2C accounts.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting the B2C landscape.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is needed
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in B2C sales, account management, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) along with experience using CRM software tools used throughout the organization.
  • English advanced
