您将加入中国区销售团队,您的主要职责为:

  • 核心销售:负责港口机械(如起重机、装载机、输送设备等)、矿山机械(如挖掘机、破碎机、矿用运输车等)的市场开拓、客户开发及销售工作,完成公司下达的年度、季度、月度销售指标(销售额、回款率、客户开发数量等)。
  • 团队管理:负责团队的日常指导、业务培训、工作分配及业绩考核,搭建高效的小型销售小组,提升团队整体销售能力和执行力。
  • 客户管理:维护现有核心客户关系,定期拜访客户,了解客户需求及设备使用情况,解决客户合作过程中的疑问、投诉及售后衔接问题,提升客户满意度和忠诚度,促进二次合作及转介绍。
  • 市场调研:深耕港口、矿山机械行业市场,调研行业发展趋势、竞争对手动态、产品价格体系及客户需求变化,收集市场信息并整理分析,为公司产品优化、销售策略调整提供合理化建议。 商务洽谈:负责客户对接、商务谈判、合同签订、回款跟进等全流程工作,把控销售风险,确保合同顺利履行、回款及时到位。
  • 协同配合:与公司技术部、售后部、采购部等相关部门紧密配合,协调解决客户在设备选型、技术参数、安装调试、售后保障等方面的需求,提升客户体验。 完成上级交办的其他销售及管理相关工作。

任职要求

  • 学历要求:本科及以上学历,市场营销、机械工程、国际贸易等相关专业优先,条件优秀者可放宽。
  • 经验要求:3年及以上港口机械、矿山机械相关销售经验,熟悉行业产品知识、市场格局及销售流程,有明确的销售业绩产出(可提供过往业绩证明者优先);
  • 能力要求:具备较强的市场开拓能力、客户沟通能力、商务谈判能力及抗压能力,能独立开发客户、完成销售指标;具备基础的团队管理思维,善于指导下属、激发团队潜力;具备良好的执行力、责任心及职业素养,做事严谨、诚信可靠。
  • 其他要求:能适应长期出差(针对港口、矿山客户拜访需求),熟悉办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT);有港口、矿山行业客户资源者优先;
