As a Sales Manager based in Indonesia, you will play a key role in driving profitable growth for Arxada’s Microbial Control Solutions (MCS) business. You will lead the development and execution of local sales strategies, build strong and trusted customer partnerships, and identify new business opportunities across the region. Essential Job Functions:
- Implement and execute local sales strategies for Arxada’s MCS product portfolio to maximize profitable growth
- Develop and drive new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships
- Prepare and deliver robust business plans to achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers across Purchasing, R&D, Regulatory and Quality functions, including engagement with senior management
- Demonstrate sales excellence through accurate forecasting, opportunity pipeline management, and market and competitor analysis
- Coordinate customer needs and market intelligence internally with Technical Support, Regulatory, R&D and Marketing teams
- Represent Arxada at trade shows, conferences and industry events across South East Asia
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Science, Chemistry or Engineering
- Min. 10+ years extensive experience in sales within the chemical manufacturing sector, ideally in microbial control or technical sales
- Strong commercial background within Home Care, Personal Care or Professional Hygiene markets
- Proven ability to build and sustain relationships at all organizational levels, internally and externally
- Business‑fluent English required; fluent Bahasa Indonesia preferred
- Willingness and flexibility to travel across South East Asia as required
