Sales Manager
- Based in Hong Kong, the candidate is responsible for selling and promoting Logicalis digital transformation solutions such as Microsoft Azure, Managed Service, Networking, Collaboration, Security, Security, Data Centre, App Modernization etc) LAN/WAN, Wireless & IoT solutions to Telecom service providers and multi-national corporations.
- Work closely with local partners (Vendors, Distributors, Telecom Service Providers etc) and pre-sales team on sales strategy.
- Develop, maintain and grow businesses with existing customers and hunt new accounts.
- Early engagement with customers to gather the most appropriate technical requirements
- Compile sales proposals and conduct presentations to customers
- Update sales activities in Salesforce (customer meetings, PoC, etc), deal cost analysis and provide accurate pipeline forecast to key management team
- Deliver across a balanced scorecard of targets for the group (annual revenue and profit targets) while developing a long-term strategy for growth
- Excel business objectives and maintain excellent levels of customer satisfaction with key Account clients at C level
Requirements:
- University graduate major in business administration and IT related will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years’ sales experience in IT industry (System Integrator or Vendor) is preferable with proven sales track records.
- With experience to handle Multinational business is a plus
- Demonstrated experience of business and market development, including complex sales business-to-business cycles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer relationship and base (key stakeholders) is a must
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is essential.
