Role Overview:

  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced sales professional to join our Retail Sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by building and strengthening strategic relationships with Independent Mutual Fund Distributors (IMFDs), Regional Distributors (RDs) and Aggregators. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a deep understanding of the competitive Bangalore market.

What is the Senior Sales Manager responsible for? 

  • Manage and grow a defined set of distributor relationships in the Bangalore market.

  • Drive sales through the IMFD and RD channels; manage select National Distributors/Aggregators as required.

  • Achieve annual targets across Gross Sales, Net Sales, SIPs, and Market Share.

  • Strengthen engagement with existing distribution partners and identify opportunities for deeper penetration.

  • Track market trends, competitive activities, and business opportunities.

  • Monitoring of Sales Metrics – MIS, Mathematics of Retail, Talisma, Budgets, Activities, Call Reports, Weekly management reports, etc. 

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

  • Support additional strategic initiatives and projects as assigned.

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful? 

  • Graduate; MBA/Management degree preferred.

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Mutual Fund sales with strong IMFD channel expertise.

  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

  • NISM VA & NISM Series XIII certifications are mandatory.

  • Excellent communication skills; fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven, adaptable, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the organization’s values and culture.

Work Shift Timing - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
