About Team:
This role is part of the Institutional Sales Team at Franklin Templeton India. Focus on driving business across the for Ahmedabad Region. The position is based in Ahmedabad and will be responsible for managing and growing institutional relationships.
The candidate will drive sales across key segments including Corporates, Financial Institutional, PF Trusts, Banks, Promotors. The role requires strong financial markets understanding, relationship management skills, and the ability to achieve business objectives aligned with organizational goals.
The candidate should have good communication skills and sound knowledge of financial markets. He should be a go-getter in terms of achieving the set objectives defined by the organization.
Brief on Role:
This is a role within the Western Region Institutional cluster. The candidate will be responsible for:
Driving AUM growth, net sales and market share.
Managing and expanding relationships with institutional clients.
Strengthening FT’s presence in Ahmedabad Market.
The role demands a proactive, client-first professional who can build long term partnerships and contribute to expanding the institutional franchise.
Conduct meetings with institutional clients to generate business in FT funds.
Acquire and manage corporate clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with Corporate, Promotors, PF Trusts, Banks & SMEs.
To have in-depth knowledge of FT Funds and be able to communicate the same to clients.
To follow the guidelines and processes set for sales at FT and timely adhere to the same.
To ensure all set of compliance measures are followed while conducting business.
Possess good communication skills and understanding of financial markets.
Candidate should be a graduate/ post-graduate in the field of marketing or finance.
Candidate should have valid NISM: Series V - A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification & NISM Series XIII: Common Derivatives Certification (SIF)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to engage with senior FT staff within business units.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to go beyond responsibilities and create value-add for himself/herself and the team at FT.
Work Shift Timings - 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM IST
