Your responsibilities
As a Sales Manager at Ekimetrics, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and shaping growth strategies as our company continues to expand. You'll join a dynamic team, collaborating closely with our CRO, Business Development team, Partners, GM, and both local and global teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients. In this role, you will qualify leads, pitch to prospective clients, manage RFP processes end-to-end, identifying commercial opportunities, and develop growth strategies. You will also ensure the development of new major accounts in coordination with leadership while maintaining your presence and visibility within the ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead Qualification & Client Engagement
- Qualify inbound leads and understand client needs to determine fit for Ekimetrics’ offers and services.
- Engage in discussions with executive leaders to define and actualize GTM strategies, leveraging your sector and business expertise.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and Ekimetrics’ offerings to align proposals with client needs.
Pitch Development & Proposal Management
- Develop and deliver compelling pitches to prospects, showcasing Ekimetrics’ value and expertise.
- Lead the full RFP process, from internal coordination, proposal creation to final presentation, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions.
- Create visually engaging and persuasive PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate Ekimetrics’ capabilities and solutions.
Account Strategy & Management
- Facilitate account teams renewals by helping to define and implement account strategies and associated KPIs, in coordination with Partners, GMs, and CRO
- Assist contract negotiations and renewals, margin renegotiation, and identification of risk areas
- Coordinate internal legal and financial teams to ensure commercial and legal conditions align with group expectations.
- Implement and facilitate account activity reviews to monitor and review account progress.
Collaboration & CRM Management
- Collaborate with local and global sales and marketing teams to share insights, coordinate strategies, and leverage best practices for growth.
- Regularly update and maintain our CRM system, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Work cross-functionally to gather insights, case studies, and data to strengthen proposals and align pitches with client expectations.
What We Offer
At Ekimetrics, final base salary is determined by a multitude of factors and vary from candidate to candidate. Determining factors for base compensation include, but are not limited to, professional background, years of experience, and skillset. A reasonable estimate of the base salary for our NYC office is $110,000 to $140,000. In addition to this base salary, we have a comprehensive benefits package, generous bonus package, and a dynamic promotion and salary structure.
