Sales Manager

Job Characteristics: Leads a team of field account managers in delivering solutions to customers in life sciences, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and biotech sectors - specifically pharmaceutical manufacturing and compounding, research & laboratory, biotechnology & drug development, cell & gene therapy, clean room environments and their manufacturing facilities. Develops sales plans and budgets for achieving sales goals. Coaches and develops a team of account managers including hiring, training and developing each account manager to reach their full potential. Maintains customer alignments and actively collaborates with corporate accounts and division specialists to achieve sales goals. 

Education/Work Experience: Degree in science-related field, 7 years relevant experience

Independence level/Reports to: RSM
