Lead, coach, and support the Sales and Finance teams to consistently meet and exceed targets
Partner with other Sales Managers to align inventory planning, strategy, and customer experience
Set expectations and hold the team accountable for performance, professionalism, and presentation
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development within the sales department
Implement and uphold Capital Automotive Group and OEM policies
Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency and results
Ensure all documentation and compliance standards are maintained
Proven experience in retail sales leadership (automotive preferred, but not required)
Strong ability to motivate, coach, and develop high-performing teams
Strategic mindset with a track record of hitting targets and growing market share
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Organized, tech-savvy, and confident making data-driven decisions
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
