Are you driven by accomplishing targets, mentoring others and being part of something bigger? This role could be for you! Trimble is seeking a Manager for our Customer GC sales team.
What you will do:
As a Sales Leader for Trimble, you will be responsible for leading a sales team that will sell the AECO portfolio to Mid Market GC’s on the West Coast.
Meets or exceed sales quota in a territory by developing, increasing and maintaining strong relationships with a portfolio of existing accounts
Explore and develop new market opportunities
Network with related businesses and foster B2B relationships
Work closely with the technical pre-sales team to agree and execute plans to land new customers
Remain current on industry trends, market activities and competitors
Represent Trimble at industry events and build value-added relationships with customers, industry associations, and technology partners
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience within a software environment or comparable experience with consistent delivery of revenue based targets
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field, business or related field
Experience supporting a sales strategy, including the techniques and tactics based on customer feedback and the market environment
Business development experience including prospecting, networking, partnering, and achieving overall client satisfaction
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization with diverse background, including executive and C-level
Ability to travel, A valid driver’s license and vehicle rental access is required

Compensation: This position is compensated by a combination of base salary plus commission earnings. Trimble provides the following compensation range and a general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
Hiring Range: 240k-260k OTE +/-
