Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate on annual sales forecasts, defining goals for unit sales, profit margins, and operating costs.

  • Sales Process Excellence: Implement and train on processes that provide staff with the tools to succeed and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Standards and Promotions: Oversee merchandising and promotional activities for our GMC, Buick, and Cadillac inventory, ensuring adherence to premium brand standards.
