For our location in Allhartsberg, Lower Austria, we are looking for a motivated personality ready to join our Sales department as Sales Manager (all genders).

YOUR MISSION

  • Responsibility for the sales of fruit juice concentrates and direct juices, as well as for Key Account Management with a focus on existing and new customers in the defined sales region
  • Inspire enthusiasm for AUSTRIA JUICE products and build sustainable customer relationships
  • Identify, develop, and successfully leverage business opportunities
  • Act in a solution-oriented manner and proactively manage strategic customer projects
  • Maintain and expand the existing customer base: handle inquiries, provide on-site personal support, and deliver professional presentations
  • Independent complaint management: efficient handling and sustainable resolution of customer complaints
  • Analyze, evaluate, and optimize customer and market potential
  • Continuously expand the customer and product portfolio and actively contribute to the strategic development of new and existing markets
  • Work closely and coordinate internally with central departments such as Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Product Development
  • Represent AUSTRIA JUICE at international trade and product fairs

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Completed degree in Business Administration with strong numerical skills
  • 2–3 years of professional experience, ideally in the FMCG sector, the food industry, and B2B business
  • Solid economic understanding and affinity for numbers
  • Strong sales orientation, persuasive personality, and excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • High social intelligence, empathy, and ability to work well in a team
  • Proactive, independent working style with the drive to build and achieve success
  • Willingness to travel internationally (30–40%)
  • Business-fluent German and English; additional foreign languages are an advantage
