Your mission

Job Summary:**

The Sales Logistics Assistant at Pierre Fabre SA will provide crucial administrative and operational support to the sales and logistics teams, ensuring efficient order processing, accurate inventory management, and smooth product delivery to customers.

Job Responsibilities:**

* Process sales orders, including data entry, order confirmation, and coordination with warehousing and shipping departments.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment planning, communicating with suppliers and internal teams.
* Track shipments and provide regular updates to sales representatives and customers regarding delivery status.
* Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, and product availability in a professional and timely manner.
* Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, such as shipping labels, invoices, and customs forms.
* Assist in resolving logistics-related issues, including delayed shipments, damaged goods, and discrepancies.
* Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to optimize logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
* Generate reports on sales order fulfillment, inventory movement, and delivery performance.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations as needed.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to quality, safety, and compliance.

Job Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field is a plus.
* Proven experience in a sales support, logistics, or administrative role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP) is highly desirable.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
* Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing excellent service.
