The Sales Head of Corporate Solutions is accountable for driving revenue growth and managing the company’s group insurance business across Corporate Solutions. This role leads sales strategy execution, oversees distribution channel performance, and ensures seamless end-to-end experiences for corporate clients and group distributors.
The position plays a critical leadership role in business activation, engagement, lead generation, sales conversion, and policy persistency, while providing strategic input to senior leadership to improve portfolio quality and overall profitability.
Position Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Growth
Lead and execute corporate sales strategies to grow and optimize the existing group business portfolio
Deliver targets across First Year Premium (FYP), Renewal Premium (RYP) and Total Premium Income (TPI), Case Count, Activation, and Persistency
Improve closing ratios through disciplined pipeline and lead management
Channel & Distribution Management
Train, coach, and manage distribution channels in selling and servicing: Group Life, Group Health, Group Credit Life
Activate and continuously engage distribution partners to drive sustained production
Build a high-performing, compliant, and ethical sales force aligned with corporate and regulatory standards
Client & Stakeholder Management
Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless corporate client journey
Lead corporate training, client presentations, and business reviews for existing and prospective group accounts
Handle escalations related to new business acquisition and after-sales servicing
Operational Excellence
Establish and enforce processes to meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Ensure efficient delivery of proposal development, presentation, and closing requirements
Oversee sub-sector operations within Corporate Solutions
Strategic Leadership
Develop, implement, and monitor corporate sales campaigns and initiatives
Reinforce company strategies through business reviews, roadshows, and sales campaigns
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on business performance, profitability, and growth opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Strong sales leadership background, preferably in Insurance, Life, Health, or HMO
Minimum 5 years of senior-level experience in sales, business development, training, and channel management within a group insurance environment
Proven track record of managing large corporate accounts and distribution networks
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or related fields
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Prior leadership roles directly relevant to corporate/group sales management
