About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Growth Associate to support the development and execution of regional sales strategies that ensure optimal coverage, strong product-market fit, and a high-performing commercial engine. This role focuses on commercial GTM development, sales enablement, and digital transformation, partnering closely with Product, Vertical leaders, Program Management, and frontline sales teams to drive alignment and growth across customer programs and channels.
 

Key Responsibilities

Go-To-Market (GTM) Development

  • Continuously develop, evolve, and operationalize regional sales GTM strategies aligned to customer programs, channel segmentation, and sales coverage models
  • Drive annual Sales GTM reviews to ensure the organization is structured for success with the right resource allocation, focus areas, and execution rhythm
  • Strengthen the interface between Product and Sales by establishing clear collaboration processes, improving information flow, and ensuring commercial insights meaningfully shape product priorities and roadmap decisions
  • Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses that translate into strategic priorities and areas for commercial optimization
  • Monitor GTM performance against KPIs and proactively recommend adjustments to improve customer impact, sales efficiency, and growth outcomes
  • Serve as a regional anchor point and support the creation, alignment, and execution of the regional growth roadmap in close partnership with Central Program Management and Vertical Leaders.

Sales Enablement

  • Build and maintain impactful enablement materials, including playbooks, sales tools, presentations, and customer-facing collateral
  • Support training programs and capability-building initiatives that drive adoption and consistent execution of sales GTM strategies
  • Partner with Account Owners during annual account planning to ensure structured, insight-driven, and effective sales GTM approaches.

Digital Transformation

  • Support regional and global initiatives that embed AI, automation, and digital tools across the sales cycle to enhance productivity, insight generation, and execution quality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in sales operations, sales enablement, GTM strategy, commercial development, or related business roles
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate product capabilities into customer value and growth opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • A structured, analytical mindset with strong prioritization skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Comfort working with large data sets and high proficiency in Excel
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000* 
 

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
