Our sales team play a strategic role in building customer relationships and originating new sales opportunities.
As a Sales Experienced Professional - Sales, You'll be responsible for customer facing and winning Valve business. You'll contributes to sales plan in a specific region. Defining sales strategy for targeted clients and collaborating with other functional team to ensure KPI is met.
As a Sales Experienced Professional - Sales, you will be responsible for:
· Planning Baker Hughes Valves business in assigned area, achieving quarterly and yearly sales goals.
· Enhancing product sales through EPC, End User, etc. and exploring new market.
· Focusing on key account Outage plan. Meeting sales targets by ensuring valves win profitable deals and service sales.
· Creating customer strategies and marketing plans, product and service and software promotion, and discover new business opportunities.
· Showing expertise in the valves market, keeping up with market trends and customer needs.
· Working closely with teams in Commercial Operations, Services, Engineering, and Project Management.
To be successful in this role you will:
· Have Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar background.
· Have minimum of 3 years of experience in valves service, sales, sales support, or marketing.
· Have excellent negotiation skills, deep commercial understanding, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
· Display willingness to travel within your region frequently and Good ability to work under pressure.
· Have lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact with ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
· Have knowledge and connections in Refinery, Power, Petrochemical companies.
