We are looking for a young, dynamic, and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Flat Panel Detectors (FPDs), X-Ray Tubes, and Medical Imaging Software Solutions. The role requires strong technical understanding, excellent customer engagement skills, and a proactive approach to expanding market presence. The candidate should be a go-getter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Your Role...

  • Drive sales and business development for: Retrofit Digital Radiography (DR) solutions,Flat Panel Detectors (FPDs),X-Ray Tubes,Varex Imaging Software Solutions (image acquisition, processing, workflow & integration platforms)

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, diagnostic centers, OEMs, and channel partners

  • Promote integrated solutions combining hardware (detectors/tubes) + software platforms

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with radiologists, biomedical engineers, IT teams, and procurement stakeholders

  • Conduct product presentations, software demos, and technical discussions for clients

  • Manage complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

  • Work closely with application specialists and software teams for successful deployment and customer training

  • Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer feedback

  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure post-installation support and customer satisfaction

  • Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and customer engagement programs

Your Profile ...

  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Digital Radiography (DR), Medical Imaging Equipment, Sales in medical imaging with a Bachelor's degree in in Electronics / Biomedical / Electrical / IT Engineering (preferred)
  • Technical Skills-
  • Understanding of X-Ray systems, detectors, and imaging workflows
  • Basic knowledge of medical imaging software, PACS/RIS integration, DICOM standards, and hospital IT systems
  • Ability to handle techno-commercial discussions across hardware and software solutions
  • Core Competencies-

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Self-driven, energetic, and target-focused

  • Strong presentation skills (including software demos)

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building ability

  • Problem-solving mindset with customer-first approach

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Travel Requirements

  • Extensive travel required (up to 60–70%) across assigned territory

  • Willingness to visit customer sites, OEMs, and partner locations regularly

  • Prior experience in radiology products, DR systems,.

  • Exposure to OEM sales, system integration, or healthcare IT solutions

  • Familiarity with tender business, government sales GEM Portal, and private hospital segment in India

  • Young, energetic, and highly motivated individual with a “go-getter” attitude.
